I was born in Mexico City, what some consider the largest city in the world. I grew up in the suburbs of this great city.
Having the opportunity to play tennis and attend college in the U.S., I decided to continue my studies in Florida. I consider South Florida my second home because I have met wonderful people. Besides, I really like the beach, and the weather (with the exception of summer-time, it's too hot and humid). And of course I get a chance to play tennis year-round.
I have always been very athletic. My favorite sport is definitely tennis, but I also like playing soccer a lot, golf, and just about any other sport. (check out my sports section).
What I like doing:
Traveling has to be one of my favorite activities; I enjoy seeing different places, cultures, customs, and meeting people. So far, I've traveled to many towns and cities in Mexico, but there are many more I'd like to see. It is definitely a great country that I would like to know better. In the U.S. I've traveled from Texas to New York City, all the East coast, Washington State, Southern California and Sedona, Arizona (great place)in the West. I also have been in Vancouver and Victoria Island, Canada.
Jamaica is also a beautiful place. I visited all around the island. From Kingston the capital, Montego Bay Ocho Rios and Negril.
I also had a great time backpacking around Europe in the summer of 1997. I visited 9 countries in about 3 months. I went to England, Holland, France,Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark and Sweden. I'll like to go back sometime and visit Greece and Eastern Europe.
Finally, working as an International Marketing Specialist I have the opportunity to visit many places in Latin America and the Caribbean.
So far I have visited: Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Panama, Costa Rica and Argentina. I think I always liked the adventure because I enjoy doing things that are
challenging and different. Even though I only have snow-skied about
six times in my life, I think I'm hooked to this sport, it's just very
exciting!
Next challenges in mind: sky-diving, learn to surf, and
snow-boarding.
